Condition	Excellent. However, the on-switch has a serious contact problem. Some corrosion on the battery contacts
Repairs, Comments	Disassembled the unit and fixed the on-switch contact problem. This works now but the unit does not work with batteries - maybe a problem of the corroded contacts.

Batteries	4xAAA or DC 6V off-the-shelf power supply. On the EC24 with the red display the power supply connector is located on the top edge, on the EC24A on the bottom edge. The EC24 with the green display does not have a connector for external power.
